In December 2021, LeanData partnered with Sales Hacker, Heinz Marketing and Outreach to conduct the State of Lead Management study. In total, over 1,700 survey responses were collected from revenue team professionals across a variety of industries. Analysis of those responses were recently published in The State of B2B Lead Management report.
In collating the data, an interesting trend emerged. While most revenue team functions had similar perceptions and views, Operations professionals — those in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops and RevOps — had a much different point of view on several key considerations.
